Sunshine Beach is a completed condotel development situated on Bangtao Beach in the Layan district, 50 metres from the Andaman Sea. The surrounding area includes a number of internationally recognised hotels and resorts, contributing to the project's strong location within Phuket.
The development was undertaken by T.H. Group (Tenghui) in partnership with Hong Kong Safe Gold Group, Golden Invest Group, and AUTA Group. Australian quality standards were applied to both the design process and construction oversight.
The project offers studio and 2-bedroom units ranging from 30.03 to 92.02 sq m, with prices starting at THB 6,930,000. Construction was completed in Q2 2024, and units are available for immediate occupation.
